Policies

SHIPPING

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping charges on your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Rennwagen LLC is not responsible for Customs Import Fees of any kind upon delivery of a shipment to the end user on International Shipments.

 

RETURNS

  • All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
  • The recipient must inspect all shipments for damage and contact Rennwagen within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Rennwagen is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@rennwag.com with your order number, a photo of the unopened package, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to come to a satisfactory solution.
  • Funds will not be returned for any shipment that is rejected by the customer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • All order cancellations are subject to a 6% processing fee that will be deducted from the refund if a store credit is not acceptable. This fee is to recuperate card transaction fees that are incurred upon sale.
  • Rennwagen is not responsible for incorrect or accidental orders (including orders placed with an incorrect address).
