SHIPPING

  • All in stock orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Rennwagen™ is not responsible for Customs Import Fees of any kind upon delivery of a shipment to the end user on International Shipments.

 

RETURNS

  • Our standard return and exchange window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us at sales@rennwag.com to discuss potential options for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, original condition that you received it. Please note that in certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted.
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at sales@rennwag.com with your order number, a photo of the unopened package, and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival. Following inspection, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.) within a few business days.
  • Funds will not be returned for any shipment that is rejected by the customer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Rennwagen™ is not responsible for incorrect or accidental orders (including orders placed with an incorrect address).
  • Once your order is placed, any cancelled orders will be charged a 4% credit card/Paypal fee that is deducted from your refund. Any orders placed using shop pay installments are subject to a 6% charge.
  • If tracking has already been created, cancelled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee, based on the order total. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred and return shipping fees to send the product back for a refund.
  • We do not provide return labels for orders that ship out of the continental United States. You will have to create your own label to return the product. 

 

WARRANTY

  • For part replacements or destroyed products please contact us at sales@rennwag.com with the parts you need! Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects or failed components for 1 year.
